Covid-19

The global pandemic and government-imposed lock-down affected many people – some of whom were already struggling and others that struggled as their sources of income evaporated. As a consequence, demand for food parcels from London’s Foodbanks increased exponentially and left them desperate for funds and donations.

Due to the increased hardship caused for many by the pandemic, The Chesterton Foundation & Chestertons encouraged staff and friends to support local food banks to donate both time, money, and food.

We were happy to see an article about our donation to London Food banks.
