SEAPIA is a London charity based in Fulham which was founded in 1970 by local residents who recognised the importance of having a place for children to play. They provide essential low-cost play and childcare provisions for children aged 4-13 years who come from the lowest-income communities in London.
The space SEAPIA has created also provides an opportunity for elderly and isolated residents to meet, socialise and connect with younger generations.
The Foundation has been a longtime supporter of SEAPIA. Funding has gone directly towards the day-to-day running of the charity, such as covering the cost of equipment, providing hot meals after school and funding sessional worker salaries and other core costs.

‘I would like to say a huge thank you to all at the Chestertons Foundation for your continued support of SEAPIA. I believe Chestertons Foundation has a genuine interest and a deep care and respect for what we do here – and the fact you take time out to visit the centre and meet with the team and the children reflects that.’
