John Stevens is CEO of Chestertons MENA, leading the group's real estate services business across the UAE, KSA and the wider MENA region. Originally from England, John has spent over twenty years working in Middle East real estate, alongside a decade of experience in the Far East, giving him a rare breadth of perspective across two of the world's most dynamic property markets.
He oversees senior hiring, business development, legal, finance, HR and operations at Chestertons, and has driven the firm's expansion into Saudi Arabia and the build out of its Valuations, Property Management and Agency service lines. Prior to Chestertons, he held senior leadership roles at some of the region's most established real estate services firms.
John is glad to bring this depth of regional experience to the Foundation and to support its charitable initiatives across the Middle East and beyond.
