Connecting People, Creating Opportunities: Key Milestones from the Chestertons Global Conference 2026

We are absolutely delighted to share an update following an incredible few days in Cyprus for the Chestertons Global Annual Conference! Representing Chestertons Foundation (CIF), our Operations Manager Katie Thompson and Chestertons CEO and Trustee John Stevens joined the event to connect with our global affiliate network and share the Foundation's vision for the future. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to our Chairman, Salah Mussa, for making this vital trip possible and continuously championing our mission. During the conference, the Foundation took the stage to deliver a key presentation and showcase our newly commissioned impact videos. Bringing our work to life on screen allowed us to connect with the audience on a truly profound level, and the response from global affiliates was overwhelmingly positive and moving. We are thrilled to announce several major milestones achieved during the event that will significantly accelerate our global impact: Significant Private & Corporate Donations Our Chairman, Salah Mussa, has generously committed a personal donation of $64,000 which was immediately and incredibly matched by Chestertons UK with a further $64,000 contribution. We are deeply grateful for this phenomenal $128,000 boost to our charity's mission. Grant Award to IMET2000 We officially announced a $13,500 grant to IMET2000. In a beautiful twist of timing, the signed agreement arrived just one hour before the team took the stage! The Affiliate Matching Initiative Launch We rolled out our renewed affiliate matching donation initiative, and our wonderful Cyprus host, Michael Leptos, immediately led the way with a generous pledge of $1,000 USD. Generosity from St. Vincent & The Grenadines Following our presentation, the inspiring momentum continued! We were thrilled to receive an additional pledge of $1,000 USD from Pierre and Michelle, owners of Belgrade Estates Chestertons in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, in support of the matching initiative. It was the most perfect conclusion to a highly successful day. Seeing the Chestertons network unite so passionately around the Foundation's goals highlights the true power of community.
